I really liked this, but was a little "suspicious" since I'd already been to this site for Kite Aerial Photography. Good job creating a convincing representation!

Hi Doug...

This is a very interesting concept for the weather challenge :) You have creatively constructed a situation where it looks like the photo was taken from a kite :) This is one of the more unique perspectives I have seen on this challenge.... great idea :)

I don't think there was a lot you could do to improve this photo. There is nothing wrong with it at all... The only possiblities would have been greater distance between you and the end of the string, but that is not likely possible...

Great work as usual :) You have a very creative mind :)

That's one of the most accurate framing jobs I've seen from a kite-based camera. New controls, a jillion shots, lucky, or faked? Plus a pretty original take on the topic -- good job.

How heavy or light a tail did you have to have? Clever idea. Maybe the crosss string of the kite would have added to the effect. . .and better yet. . the shadow of an actual kite!

Now here is a creative shot. The effects of weather are acting directly ON the camera....that is, unless this is taken from the roof of a house. Either way, great creative shot.

If it weren't for the title, would have little idea what i was looking here at. Actually, don't see a hint of wind either, other than in the title. Picture would have been much more successful if the kite itself would have been part of it somehow. 4 Journey

A creative idea and a well done shot too! I really like the unusual perspective here. The composition ist perfect and your models are acting percect too, without looking staged! The red color on the green... Sorry, but I cant' say nothing more than great! Good luck for the challenge!
