I really like the depth of field, as well as the idea for the picture. I feel the colors could use a little bit of adjustment. Maybe just a curves adjustment. Also the tips of the fingers are a little washed out in places.

Some noise still visible, even after the excessive NeatImaging. Probably would've looked better with the grain/noise.

Great Job on this one, it's very sharp and excellent on the DOF with enough details to see the facial reaction. Good work.

Nice photo - Like the DOF - you can see the pained look! I hope this didn't really happen to you. The only suggestion I would make would be to remove the background hand, or darken the highlights - I think they detract a little from the picture.

average photo on its own, but surprisingly one of the better ones I have marked up so far this week.
What the hell is going on with that little fingernail though? Looks like a claw or talon of sorts.
