Disqualification Details
The photographer used a 2nd image to replace the sky and failed to provide a valid original of the new sky image within a timely manner. Under the Extended editing rules it states "You may: combine multiple photographs to produce your entry. All additional photographs must be taken by you after the challenge is announced with a digital camera that records EXIF data."

to me, it was a good image, I never ever got a single shot of owl like this, I would love to have one such image.

I wish, but I don't think so Lydia.

These guys stand on one leg a lot. The babies do too but their
feet are so big they cannot yet tuck them up into their feathers.
This is an adult.

You're allowed to create the sky in PS in Extended.

Thanks guys...this is a DQ. I realized when I had to submit proof that the sky was
created in PS. Dumb mistake!

More than a picture of an owl, awesome as it is, but verges into a magical realm of portents and stirring adventure.
