 My daughter looking out from the observatory on the 94th floor of the Hancock building.

Here is an outtake that shows the shadow of the Hancock building.


The observatory has a new "attraction". A section that you stand toes to the glass with vertical handrails on either side, and then it tilts you out 30 degrees. So, you are leaning out looking 1,000 feet straight down the building. I intended to take a few "tilted" photo, but when we got up there we found out that they don't allow it. You have to have both hands on the handrails at all times.

What a freaking awesome picture. I love it!!! What would you do without your kids for your props??? At least they are good sports about it!!!

I'm not able to vote, but I would think this image would be my top pick. The composition is well balanced with the edge, the sky, and the city scape in between. The person standing on the edge gives the pic the "wow" tension, giving the viewer the thought of "I wouldn't want to be that close to the edge!" Nice work.

For me, this photograph is the punchiest representation of "Edge". Well fit for this challenge, I have this as my top pick for the blue.. 10.
