Rather late, "day 2". Well actually it's another image from day 1, but it's all I've got so far. I was reluctant to use it because of the horrible lighting, but after editing, I don't think it looks too bad.

well... i wanted in, but the 30 days of portraits got the best of me there at the end. oh well.
as a tribute, i did my last four in that challenge in b&w in honor of this challenge. enjoy!

I agree with Louis. I haven't had the time to comment on all of them but I have been looking at them and they are great. I just love this challenge. Well after staying up past midnight the past two nights to get a B/W photo in and to comment I have finally run out of steam. I will hopefully have Day 3 & Day 4 tomorrow sometime. Addition, I will try and comment on some more. Time flys when you are having fun. Look forward to seeing some good ones tomorrow. Thank you everyone who has commented on my two and gave me some wonderful suggestions. I really do appreciate it. Good night. |

Another one of my favorite images, re a close up of an agave plant.....
No more agaves after this one for now, as I have found some great images tucked away, taken not long ago, to turn into black and white for tomorrow.....

Bonus re the above image
Here is a bonus for the first week of the 30 Day of "Black and White" images. This is a photomerge of my origional image called "Three".
I have taken the origional image, and repeated it another three times, either flipping or turning over the image, (diagiolally, or horizontal, or vertically) so I then had four images to play with.
I then Photomerged them all together, to form this pattern.

This was a shot I'd abandoned a couple of days ago, and planned to get more today, but it was one of those days. So here it is... Not as lovely as I'd hoped. The color version is great, though!
