you know what's really cool about this? it looks like a giant book opening up to the sky. the dark sky is an awesome contrast to the building. |

The symmetry and POV are very powerful! The way the shadow is cast helps add more movement to the image. Very cool shot! |

Cool angle and choice. Should be symmetrical, but doesn't come off that way. I really appreciate your eye to find this gem. |

I like how each side has different lighting with different hilights and shadows. They balance each other very well. |

What a perfect photo for black and white photography. I color, this may seem a little ordinary -- but in black and white -- it becomes extraordinary. There is such beautiful ranges of whites, grays, blacks. It enhances that strong angle and interesting lines!
Way to go!

I really love the different perspective of this. I would NEVER had said, "Um, a church?". Great eye! Nice clouds, too. |

Cool shot! Symetry without really being symetrical (because of the shadows). My one nitpick, the intrusion at the left :) |

Big fan of architecture shots. This is very pleasing to look at and superbly composed - the symmetry and balance make this shot. I would maybe up the contrast even more to take advantage of the play between light and dark here. |

Very cool shot. I think it would have done well in symmetry too. It almost feels like an infrared image. Nice control on making everything even in the frame. |

fantastic capture, i love the perspective and the symmetrical composition and how the light and shadows distort this symmetry in a way. |
