Missed a Bald Eagle shot Sunday at the Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge. Got this consolation shot though while driving home.

These are great, guys. Its funny how birds are all around us and still that perfect bird photo is sooooo damn elusive! Thanks for sharing & keep it up :)

Watched the sharp shinned hawk take out the goldfinch then sit on that branch and eat it. Shot through the window, zoom lens, handheld on a rainy day.

The little Hawk that hangs out in my back yard seems to have no trepidation about the camera, but is rather defiant.

This puts me in the mood to take some shots of my African Gray Parrot - I tried before, but this bird just wants love end he climbs on my lens to get a Head Rub. He also picked up the camera shutter sound and mimicks it every time he sees the camera.

Somewhere at home I have a nice big cropped one but this is all I could find here at work. Wish I could shoot more of these.
