Here's what you do:
1) set up another hotmail account to be used only for confirmation/garbage.
2) register to that website using that e-mail address.
3) Leave polite comments on all the photos...i registered as thatfraudthere and began to expose their photos.

I wonder why the admins here don't use a script on the of the page to at least make it a lot tougher to steal the photos here. BestFoto and Shutterbugs do.

been looking over his photos..I am betting any of them that look more "professional" are stolen....There are too many cruddy photos in his folio for them to be his..wether he is getting them from this site or as he says under one photo that he took it off of one of his friends site (who isn't the original photographer either). Can we email all his "friends" and embarress the devil out of him? |

I don't know if it's all the same person from the fotopage link, but you can either leave them a comment on their fotopage and/or click private message them on the top of the page that will send them a message in their email. |

Firstly, I believe this type of thing to be wrong but I must ask if ...
By putting our work into the public domain are we not asking for this sort of thing to happen? I notice all the images show above (or below depending on your preference) have been manipulated and as such its a little like taking some text from a website and changing a few words around????
Common decency dictates that when you can identify the original fotog you should request permission to use/edit a shot. This is a big world and unfortunately many (many) more images have most probably been pilfered from here and used (even sold) under someone elses name.
From what I have seen there are no deterants to stop this happening and whilst I'm the first to agree that disabling right click and save etc does not stop this happening it is a way to prove that people 'steal' images and therefore cannot claim they thought this was ok to do.
Me personally? at my present level I'd feel happy that someone decided to have it away with one of my pictures (as I did when I found a fish site proudly displaying my pictures BUT GAVE CREDIT TO THE THIEF!)
0.02 cents is about a penny (and I know what that is worth)

some copyright stuff
net photos copyright
"Almost any material that you find in print or electronic form is copyrighted—the rights to use it belong solely to the owner of that copyright. However, even uncopyrighted materials are protected. Using the material without written permission violates the owner’s rights and subjects you and your school or organization to penalties and embarrassment. In addition, even when materials are not copyrighted or even if you have written permission to use them, you could be guilty of plagiarism—the representation of someone else’s work as your own. "

This looks to be Natators Nude II submission. And not a very nice rendition of it in my opinion.
And possibly Menardmam's Nude II submission.
This is very sad. Some folks really need to get a life.

Just because they're public doesn't make them public domain; 100 years from now, yes, but then folks will just make pictures without troubling with cameras, so, not an issue... |

Actually, 75 years AFTER the copyright owner dies is when it becomes public domain

The clarity of these photos seems high quality. Are all these photos available at dpc prints where larger files are stored?
