if you find some time between your prayers, take a look into history . You may find it interesting to see how often was Bible creamed down everyones throat. And not just metaphorical creaming. That will give you something to pray about....
Here is what I think organized religion is all about Nothing new, he just got cought |

in Michigan we have some mountains made of garbage ,and some are reaching Biblical proportions ,around Detroit old dumps are being converted into ski/snowboard hills.
I'm sure you have something like that in Ontario...you know Biblical garbage mound... I think it would be fitting. ;) |
Hmmmmmmmmmmmm hey snaffles, would parliament hill meet that criteria :O)

Well that pretty much varifies that what I thought he meant is exactly what he did mean. |

lets recap: Biblical = Enormous
This is what I originally meant.
Now, what you made it into is a different story. I'm starting to feel like you are forcing your religious views on me, and that is wrong. Your religion is your private thing and its not welcome in my world.
Just to clarify I consider myself Agnostic not Atheist, and there is a big difference. |

Sir,Biblical does not ALWAYS = enormous. you know that.
I really don't care what you consider yourself either. You and I both know what you meant and I haven't tried to force anything on you. I simply made a statement concerning what you said.

Sometimes. Usually the term is not used alone. Saying "He was biblical.", doesn't really mean he was big, it means he was in the Bible. Saying, "He was of biblical proportions." would mean he is great in size. |

Yes, this is a valid definition of the word Biblical... However, this isn't a 1 word challenge... To quote the challenge :
"Stories in the Bible have inspired numerous artists throughout the ages. Show us your personal take on a famous biblical scene (Moses opening the Red Sea, Jonah and the Whale, Noah̢۪s Ark, the Tower of Babel, etc.). "
I think this is pretty clear. I've always enjoyed entries that push the envelope of the challenge's meaning... However, this is pretty clear what is being asked for. Of course everyone is free to enter a humming bird and say "He was on the Ark"... The number of nude "Eve" shots will likely be staggering. But anyone that pays any attention to the challenge will likely want to read up from the specific book being referred to. The number of possible shots is mind boggling.
I have a few ideas, but no clear thoughts for a shot yet. I usually stay away from the expert "digital photoshop challenge" stuff, but might come up with something.

I know I can never change your views on this, nor you can change mine. You looked too deep into my original post, and I just went off from there. |

I desperately want to enter something, but it's hard to find a bible story without people, and I have no people. :(
I'm searching away...
It was such an awesome challenge idea, but just didn't have the resources to do it justice. |

Yes it is... especially when taken as literal history (as it is) and not as fairy tale. |

Nice word play.
But keep your big bang, I'll stick with science. |
