If one thread was ever to be Watched by everyone - this is it! Should be manditory reading before any activity undertaken by any nooby. Haven't smiled this widely for some time.

Yep.
This thread has been recommended for a newbie so I thought I would check it out. I have never seen it before so it needs a bump.
Please, please make this thread sticky in all forums so it is always up there for all to see!

This noob does...LOL. I help run the Iron Maiden fan club forums....something like 75,000 members...and I have made threads like this, too....it's hysterical...and I know already that it's 100% true...haha! |

Good morning DPC!
I would like to know if there are any teams I can be with. I would be very happy to join. My camera is now with me so I can now shoot again. I think it would be very fun not only to shoot for the challenge but also for the team. Thanks!

I'm so glad I joined this group. In such a short time I have learned so much. First off I seriously have no creativity skills and had mainly worked with family photography and macro with wildflowers. Having retired now I have plenty of time to read and glean so much from this website. Thank you all who have worked hard to make this possible and I will keep learning and asking questions. I finally found the glossary and that's a big help when entering the contest. Many of the terms are new to me. Thanks again for all of you who continue to participate and help every new person on the block.
