sorry i havent been making a heap of comments but i've been so busy & i'm going away today .. a 7 hour drive to armidale .. i'm taking my laptop .. wouldnt want to have withdrawals ..
in case i dont get to post any more thankyou jeff  sempermarine and all my fellow travellers for another brilliant side ..
now to check out if there's another one i can go in for november .. !!

 This is a bit too like one I've already put in, but I love the wave.

I have been traveling a lot for work. Mostly larger towns... Denver, Phoenix, Providence, St. Louis. Airports, rental cars, traffic. I absolutely love driving home after these trips, to my quiet little corner of the world.
This was shot about a mile from my house with a Kodak disposable camera. It is a good representation of the area around Ashland. Shot about 30 days ago and developed tonight.

Here I am at the end of the day and I realized I didn't post anything, and I don't have anything ready to post so you will have to make do with this. I had fun with this one. I tried 3 times to make a scary monster, they all ended up looking more cute than scary so I gave up. I am happy with my score but I'm smack in the middle again, I've got to do something about that. Mabey next time I will try for brown!

Got a new camera and lens which is great for a walkabout. I think it'll stay in my pocket constantly!

are you getting tired of the chalk series?
I WAS going to use something else but got to wondering what would happen if...
So creating a new layer, I Topaz/Adjust/cartoon the new layer and then applied the flip n blend.
The second time, using the same information, I just reversed the layers. Totally different.
fascinating.
