That's really cool! Around here a chair left at the curb is either for the trashmen or a random passer-by who happens to want a chair for free ;-) |

So unique ! It's true , what kelli says, we buy new ones -a shame !
I have one they could fix-an antique- it's in a corner so I hope no one ever sits in it-they will fall thru ! |

That's so cool. Nothing like that would ever happen here. |

It would be rare indeed to see this scene in the US. I never would have though that there are people who go around repairing chairs. It shows good character for the people to want to repair what they have instead of just trashing it and buying more. |

A very interesting shot of people 'doing'. Those chairs have a lot of character and it's good to see that they are being fixed. |

Nice photo of daily life! It's a good thing there are still people who can fix those chairs. |

That's pretty cool! We would struggle here to find someone to re-weave them. |

How wonderful. I think that's mainly a forgotten trade here. You don't fix chairs, you throw them out and buy new ones. |
