Forgive the quality, it was scanned in. I was looking through old photos and found this one of my daughter. It is one of my all time favorites taken with a B&W film. I lucked out with the eyes on this one but would love suggestions from all of you on how to take great shots of eyes in portrait work. |

I'm not sure if there is anything I can do PP to improve this shot? There isn't that much that's in focus. Not much contrast, either. I'm open to any suggestions!
HELP! all the comps on the pale BG, I can't get a cursor in the box to type a comment. Argh!

Take your pick. Yesterday was a fun day. I went flying with one of my pals who restores old airplanes. For those who know, the airplane is a Citabria, a tail dragger, similar to a Piper Cub, but lighter, smaller and a little faster.

Just got back from Albuquerque and have a TON of pics to work on. Fun trip. I've got some nice kitschy roadside stuff to post during the remainder of the month, and perhaps an embarrassing pic or two of  Coryboehne. BTW, Cory makes an awesome tour guide.

I swear, I read the "Just got back from Albuquerque" part but read it as " Just flew back from Albuquerque" & thought "and boy are my arms tired". LOL! Guess I'm more tired than I thought. |

I had a fun few minutes shooting macro today, some with a 55mm and some at 400. More here.
Today's 18 pix
The flowers are with the 55, and 55 with ext tube, and the critters are with the 400 and ext tube, from about 9 ft.
