I missed Monday, so here are the two from today to put me back on track. I had jury duty this morning, and was picked in the first round, but was dismissed after the jury was seated. Whew, glad that's over with for at least a year.

Another in my series of available light portraits. I'm putting some of these on as a small exhibition at a local art festival in a couple of weeks. It's been good to get outside my comfort zone a bit as i do very little portraiture. I was after quick semi formal portraits. Could have done with some much better light on some of them though.



My Country Life entry was also part of this...



So far i'm most pleased with that one and the Reiki and Chinese Medicine ones.

Some people might have noticed the stylistic connection of people holding things in their hands. I thought that would tie the images together nicely.

I would like to join in if not too late; been crazy busy and missed all last week (out of town). I'll comment on as many as I can; however, may not get an image in everyday. Here's one that I have been playing around with.
