ive got a few ideas, but I just want to run the rules with everyone to check that Im not breaking the rules..
more so with the editing side of thing.. its says advanced editing, so does that mean I can add layer and cool graphic effects, but no text. Is that right. Im kinda new to this whole submiting thing. |

If there are any bloody hummingbirds/praying mantis/clearly DNMC wedding photos/back lit wine glasses I will scream!
I'm not saying I'm the most original by a long shot, but there are some images that are getting beyond the cliche on DPC- and its not the photographers fault either- some of them are fantastic photos, its just that you've seen so many that are similar its hard to stay objective.
I'm looking forward to this challenge even if I can't come up with anything myself, it will be interesting to see the entries!

No Susan, overlays are not allowed in Advanced, we really would have liked expert editing on this one but alas we will just have to want I guess ;)
Advanced Editing allows you to use adjustment layers the same as in basic but you can apply them to local areas, you can also clone out minor elements of your image, but be very careful with this one, something that is minor to one person may not be to another.
Using layers and masks you can achieve some really good manipulations, but you are still not allowed to add any detail that was not in the original shot (hence no overlays).

| This is going to be very difficult to score. If it's a landscape, does that rule out ALL landscapes, or is it okay if it has a different twist on it? Generally, everthing has been done before. Where is the line between duplication and originality? |

I have an idea a photo and a title but I need a little help for the english version of the title. (I think that my version is correct but I wish a confirm...) someone that would help me? (my traslation is the same of babelfish and babelfish isn't perfect....)
