Thanks one and all for posting their images and to the many who commented on mine.....you're all too kind. I am getting cable 'Net at the end of next week, so I'll actually be able to participate more with commenting. I *WILL* get to y'all at some point.
My last image is of my Christmas gift from my sister.....after 30+ years, she finally sent me my Mom's cameras.....my Mom was the photographer who got me started some 40 years ago. She died too young, but left me with her legacy......the passion for photography. Kind of a fitting tribute for the last day of 2008. This has been just the all 'round BEST year for me!
The second one from the left is the Agfa twin les reflex that I saw growing up, and the Canon was her "Special" camera.
