I'm doing a window lighting assignment w/ my students and looking for good examples. They can include or not include the window. Also, non portraits would be great--most of what I have found so far are portraits.

Not perfect, but perhaps you can use this:

This second one did use a little fill flash, but the only noticeable effect is bringing up the shadows. I could have done the shot easily without it.

These were all window lighting and a cheap lens (the last one with artificial lights behind for color contrast)-

Window light and a reflector, the light was reflecting off of the floor too.

This one, I taped an onion slice ON the window and shot it backlit by the natural light :-)



This one is ordinary, diffused window light...

The subject isn't terribly intriguing, but this was lit with window light and a reflector (large glossy white board).

This one was taken with just window lighting .. only edit was to add the text and a bit of Curves

window to the front (4 ft) ...window to the right...taken from the left.

No flash on any of these.
