I am in morning, as today my camera died, due to a slight accident.
Here is the link to the story how it happened.
Sherpets Camera died.
I am just devastated, and hope it can be fixed.
The problem is that is could take a long time, as it has to be sent to Canon in Sydney. When I broke my flash it took more than 8 weeks. This is going to be hard without my Canon 350, and only wish I has a back up camera, as I am going to be totally lost without it.
I am also disappointed that I will not be able to get out and take flower shots to finish this side challenge the right way. Hopefully, I still have some flower shots in reserve, that are not processed, from the past few weeks to fill the gap.
I am very sad, and totally annoyed that it happened.
I am going to be totally LOST without it.

I'm trying to figure out how to print this on black velvet with fluorescent inks ...

I took this image before my camera mishap.
This was one of the images taken for the current 'black and white abstract' challenge, but I had to use to much burning and dodging before I was pleased with it, so that is why it is here, as it is a 'basic' challenge.

pixelpig requested different pics of this flower...this is the only other one i have that's panned out a bit. it was really difficult getting shots of this one since it was really windy and with the flower being in the shade, my shutter had to be open longer. this was the one that was focused best but it's still rather soft
