Maybe I'm going off in my own direction, and kinda feel like the single wagon train making it's own circle in Blazing Saddles, but it's pretty fun making something look old and real. I'm not done with it yet, as I really want to complete it with text and such, maybe even have it appear folded like a 2-page ad would look.

i am officially starting a group for ppl, like myself, who are suffering from a terrible affliction .. OA .. that's like AA .. i'm sure you all know wot the 'O' stands for !!! ... altho i dont think we're annonomous here !!! .. we all know who we are and we all know who you are .. like everyone in this thead ..
we could end up having A LOT of members tho, coz i've noticed that a few ppl who have only come to have a look in this thread, have fallen under the spell and become as addicted as we are ..
i really need to go to bed, but thought i'd just finish a bloody process .. OR TWO !!.. i'm sure 99.9% of ppl in this thread would totally understand ..
 
please excuse the insanity .. its a result of the affliction .. can we organise a meeting of OA in the next couple of days pls .. ??

Wow a person gets busy for a few days and the thread gets huge! I'll get some commenting done tomorrow, sorry guys I'm frantically job hunting. I got a bit stressed tonight and disappeared into PS and ended up with this concoction, there is a texture layer under all that, really there is. This comes with an uber girly warning and I'm thinking maybe I should step away from the PS when I'm stressed.

Yes, this is a blast. Everyone's submissions are different
and exciting. This technique can be used in so many ways.

Hello my name is JerseyGenie and I'm addicted to Overlays. I suspect I will have the shakes next week when I'm on vacation and unable to get my fix. However, I promise when I get back you'll all be very sorry.

My baby (OK, my youngest son, Nick). He went on a cross-country national park tour immediately following college...all by himself. We flew out to Oregon to travel with him down to San Francisco. Every time we stopped at the coastline, off came the shoes and in he waded.
