We drove around out in the country yesterday. Lots of farms. I decided to use the 50mm and see what I got. I used an overlay I found on flickr, then did a duotone to make it look like an old sepia.

Perfect. It's interesting how so many places don't change much over the years.

I LOVE this! LOVE IT! I love all the negative space. I love the perspective of the tiny little farm house. I love the scratchy old look to it.

A-MAZING!

I absolutely love the starkness to this, the texture, the composition and processing!

brilliant ..
wot bloody century do you live judy !!!
you have a wonderful knack of making your modern day photographs look like old works of art .. !!
can you imagine ppl who actually lived in times long past when they used film cameras and took b&w images .. (like when we were young !!!!) .. i wonder wot they'd think of our love of aged looking photographs .. times change eh? .. altho i cant imagine this look ever being something that ppl didnt like .. its got 'something' .. :)

Hey, you got out of the house! Love this far away perspective and how the old house is showcased against such a vast expanse of sky and land. Perfect toning and texture for this image.

Very believable as from another era - the shot itself and the processing. Nice!
