Bummer, and best of luck about getting it back in action. Hope you have plenty of mem cards, and your laptop holds out in the mean time. I would go bonkers if my Mac quit working.

Day 18
I am late today. spent the day out in the hills and hollers of south central missouri about 110 miles east of Walnut Grove. Found some neat stuff to shoot. Here is a quick post of Falling water spring. It needs better processing but its after midnite and i been on the go sense before daylite this morning so it will have to do.

Day 20
I like this one better than yesterday's, but don't have the time to fiddle it to "perfect" this morning. The toned version works better than the pure black and white, and helps the bland sky.
Down to London and back today, with many tube rides along the way, so hopefully some interesting shots to share over the next few days. I still have some from my trip into the Norwich City Centre last week, so I'll be sharing more of those, too!
Thanks again for all the great suggestions and comments!

Day 20 - Huntingdale, Victoria, Australia
Concrete
Ugly but necessary - these pylons are holding up a bridge so the road and railway line can go underneath an overpass - a fact of life that our world needs lots of ugly concrete to 'support' our lifestyle.

Nope, it's not a problem to post more than one pic per day. A lot of people do when they are catching up.
Speaking of catching up...I am past the point of no return... I am officially stepping down from this challenge... I know...I suck. I just can't get my act together this month. Congrats to all who are still in!!!

Don't give up!
I'm still on day 13!!!!
Just post some old ones you have on your computer.
You don't have to take the pictures this month.
It'll look better in your portfolio if you have all 30 in there.
I finished my pet portrait over a week later than everyone else :-)

I think for me part of the exercise of a photo a day is to pick out only one shot to represent the day. To do some critical critique to find the one image that best fits what I captured that day. However with this mentality you see alot less of where I am from or what I "see" as I wander around the Bay Area with my camera with me. For ever day I probably have another 5 or 6 shots I choose from. I have a few extras that I have put in the comments section once in awhile. With that said I like seeing more photos of where everyone is from too, so keep them coming. :) |

taken at the museum again- sorry about the glare, the display is under glass. Just facinating, an old , reconstructed pharmacy. Since I am in the medical field, it's funny to me- what people did to treat their maladies ! |

Time for me to get caught up.. All of these were taken on the 17th, and I had several more that were too ruined by gunk on my sensor.
