Howdy gang! I've started a new series of very stylized shots and I'd love to get your feedback.

As usual, I'm ready to return every comment at least 1-4-1. Thanks in advance for your feedback - every word is valued! :-)

Happy Holidays!

Commented on the first 2. I like the effect. Looks like architectural drafts/drawings.

Thanks guys! I think I got your comments returned at least one for one (with an extra one or two thrown in)!

Any other takers?

Thanks ladies! I think I'm caught up on returning feedback again. I've tried to leave at least one extra comment for everyone (please let me know if I overlooked you!).

I'll be online most of the afternoon, so if anyone else is interested, I'm game! :-)

bump for evening crowd...

I'm still up for returning comments 1-4-1 if anyone is interested! :-)

No return on comments necessary - left one for each! But will say here...Very well done Mr. Carter! Another technique you seem to just be a natural at. These rival the grunge series you did (which you know I like) and really stand out! Great shots and very nice processing technique. Really shows a lot of creativity, imagination, and I am sure work to get it just the way you wanted. Kudos!

left you a comment on #4 :)

Several of you have commented that you'd like to see the originals, so here they are - completely unedited...

I know that I find things like this helpful when trying out new techniques, so hope you do too! :-)

I like the originals, but the processed ones are amazing! I can see now how much work you did getting rid of lines and such and all I can say is EXCELLENT! Of the originals though, 1 and 3 I like the best. I really think your post application just outshines these. Well done overall though!

Yeah, I knew going into it that I wasn't going to be processing the shots in a normal manner (I had already planned to do something like the finished product in my head), so I wasn't as concerned with the original elements as I would normally have been. I'm pleased with how they turned out, but you're right - they were a LOT of work! Glad I can save them and reprint them at my leisure! LOL I'd never be able to reproduce them otherwise...

hmm, I just realized that I always get you two mixed up in my head. When I think Alienyst, I think SJCarters profile pic... well, and the butt shot.

Guess I will have to post a profile pic of my face then...and then I think, how should I take that post??? Either way i got a good laugh out of it.

I like the technique. You seem to have documented fairly well what you did for each - did you write it down? You would hate to see my logs. I write everything down in journal type books. If I need to do it again, I usually can. This technique seems to me to be something you would want records of. Also, fairly unique - the 'Carter Technique' perhaps?

:-D Well if it's any consolation, your butt shot scored a lot higher than mine did!

Last call before I have to hit the sack! I'll be online for about another hour, so if there are any other takers I'll happily return the favor. And if I don't get back to you tonight, I'll do it first thing in the morning.

Thanks again to everyone who left feedback - it's greatly appreciated!! :-)

Very nice series. I like the processed more than the originals. If you get a chance to leave me some feedbacks, I would really like your opinion of these two - both post-processed, but done differently.

feel free to comment on any others you would like too.

Linda: I just left you comments on the ones you asked me to also - sorry I overlooked that! I hadn't checked your message until a few minutes ago. Nice work BTW. :-)
