I went according to this chart
cyan and brown  Color Chart
I admit its a small stretch, but it is there. Im getting alot of comments that my colors do not meet the challenge and that the colors are not complementary. :(

if you take the jpg to photoshop ... and reverse it you'll see that it is complementary colors...

Well, this is my third challenge. My scores on first two challenges: 4.531 & 3.924 (yes, I actually did worse the 2nd time). I tried very hard this challenge, and so far I am at:

when you reverse the colors... the blue turns brown and the brown turns blue it proves they're complementary colors

When someone comments that they "don't like the focus" on a picture that is perfectly in focus, are they implying that they would rather the subject be out of focus? I am perplexed. My last challenge, the subject was WAY OUT OF FOCUS (and I did it on purpose). This time, I took care to make sure the subject was sharp and in focus, then someone comments, "don't like the focus". Odd. I wish they would have elaborated on that comment.
Maybe they are referring to focus in a different sense? Might they have been referring to my subject, what I chose to focus on? Any of you seasoned photographers and critiquers have any clue? |

| I'm getting comments that my colors are blown out. The thing is I didn't do anything outside of a contrast boost. Don't know what to make of them. I didn't plan on winning, but I figured I'd get a better score than I the 5.7 I have now. |

I'll creep up to 6.2+ then fall to 5.8- then up to 6.2 then down to 5.9. I'm going to get that last day surge, I can feel it. Surge right down to idnic's feet :(

This is my first challenge entry EVAH! How do you handle the stress? Eeep, guess I should step away from the update button for awhile....my score is dropping.
