just wanted to share with you guys that I just got an e-mail from Kodak that my recent photo
was selected for a "Kodak picture of the day" scheduled to be on their front page and their Time Square display on June 15!
I don't know what percentage of the entires get selected - it was my first try, but in any case I am pretty excited! Would love to be in New York to see it for myself, but it is pretty far from San Diego...
Maybe some newyorkers out there can snap a picture confirming it is there on June 15? Just a thought...:)

That's a really cool shot, it deserves the recognition. Congrats.
Be sure to remind us that it's coming up in a couple of weeks, someone may catch a Times Square snap of it for you.

Wow, woke up to see that this thread came back to life today! Thank you guys so much for remembering and congratulations!! It is truly amazing. Even my family did not remember this date. I guess DPC is my extended family now!:}

Here you go! Congrats dude; it was quite an experience watching one of my favorite pictures on DPC scroll accross Tims Square.
