How many of your Challenge photos..... are hanging on your walls ?

4 of mine ,but only 4 out of 140 ???

What is wrong with that picture?

Only 1 out of 12 Challenges.

None are hanging on my wall -- but then again, I don't have any images on my walls. It is a goal of mine to take images I want to look at 24/7 -- but so far I have not achieved that.

Challenges are for the purpose of stretching your creativity into new areas; areas you are not normally being creative in. That is not conducive to producing one's best work. Unless the image submitted is one taken for other reasons and just happened to fit the challenge -- I won't be expecting to hang many challenge entries.

None so far but I just made prints today for the second time since I went digital. I really like my submission for the Touch challenge and it will probably end in a frame on a wall.

It really exceeded my expectations on paper, blacks are much more rich on glossy paper than on a monitor.

none of them yet.

I have these challenge photos on my wall:
and
...and a slew of others that weren't entered in challenges.

My wife does a fantastic job of matting and framing my photographs. (She's also my sharpest critic :-)

(edited for speling... ;-)

Just one (large canvas print wrapped around a wooden frame):

I'd hang a few more with a little more time and decisiveness!

I have none and I don't think I ever will. I don't like to look at my photographs often once I am done with them. But the image from arngrimur is something I would enjoy looking at every day.

I have a couple hanging on my walls and a few more hanging on other people's walls. Mostly though the pictures I enter here are my first attempts at particular subjects and so don't really stand up against something more considered or with more experience behind it.

I have none from challenges on my wall, but I do have the un-edited film version of the rose below on my wall, as it was the 'first' picture I ever took for the purpose of photography and not just capturing moments. It's also my first enlargement.

I mostly do portraits outside of DPC and hand family portraits on my walls. Seems like a more fitting subject. I am more into pencil and ink drawings, and posters n'things up on my wall when it's not a portrait.

I very much agree here. I've only printed one of my challenge entries
(He loves me, he loves me not) because it just happened to turn out *really* nice.

Most of my challenge entries push me into areas I might not have gone otherwise. That's why I like doing the challenges! But it doesn't mean I'm any good in these new areas ... yet. :-)

None of my challenge entries yet, only this one:

I got a free print from a local camera shop because they wanted to hang it on their wall. Sadly the version on my wall is a worse crop than this one because they don't offer all the different shapes available at dpcprints. Ah well, beggars can't be choosers.

none from challenges, but a lot from my portfolio

what i really need is more wall space, so i can start putting up prints from my faves!

For obvious reasons!

I have a spot on the wall that I rotate the large framed pics I have done. Mainly to look at it and decide if I want make a new/different frame for it, larger or smaller matting, etc.

This one a friend found out about and connived me into to printing for her.

But then again, It is going to give me a chance at my first semi-nude shoot, and I get to see HER naked. (C;
