Beef Goulashby cvt_Comment: You put cashews in your goulash? Can't wait to see this recipe. I would have left out the fork, it's a little distracting. Like the DOF. Seems a little over exposed. Nice composition. |

Caribbean Rice & Spicy Porkby michael_pComment: mmm, Looks good enough to eat! OH, that's the point isn't it? Not sure if it's my monitor, but the rice is a bit fuzzy, would have like the entire entree sharp. Also would have cleaned the plate before garnishing, which is just a bit excessive.
Otherwise very nice composition. |

Avocado, Passion Fruit and Lime Mousseby jjbeguinComment: This is a very intersting still life. I like the compostion. I question the use of the victorian style service w/ it though. Something more rustic maybe would have fit better. Also the mousse is rather lost. in all that is going on. It also doesn't look quite real. But it sounds like an inovative recipe. |
