do you remember?by chipesqueComment: I think you could have gotten away without the book. The book seems like you're trying to explain your image but at the same time it distracts from the real interest. The strange cat face would stand on its own. |

Alone at the Grocery Storeby BAMartinComment: This gives me the creepy feeling of a dark figure waiting to kidnap any child who's alone at the store. It's sunny and bright by the car (i.e. innocence and childhood) with a dark and gloomy character in the corner. Nice shot. |

Second Childhood or Midlife Crisis?by boyd2000Comment: Interesting take on it. I'm trying to figure out what I see in the reflection on the bumper. I see your tripod and what looks like a gas station. Those obviously make it look a bit contrived but I don't think you were trying to make it look like a real action shot. |

Imaginary Playmatesby classycamComment: Wow... this is just plain creepy! I have to assume those are dolls and you applied some kind of negative lighting and glowing edge filters or something. Great effect! |

Weeeeeeeee! by fototracyComment: This brings back memories of being dizzy and stubling off. Actually, as I look at it I have a slight physical twinge of motion sickness... for real! I can't look at the shot without getting that feeling. To me that says it's a great shot! At first glance I thought it was an ordinary shot but I quickly realized there's much more to it. Unfortunately I have to stop looking at it because it's making me dizzy. You're getting high marks from me for my strange reaction to it. 10 |

Make sure they are all picked up!by TonyTComment: I love the natural light and the shadows caused by the posts. The repeating stairs and posts add interest. It looks unnatural for these objects to be on the staircase and for a ball to be on the skateboard, which makes the shot seemed a bit contrived. |

"Milk N' Cookies" - Every Favorite Childhood Treatby SimaxComment: Interesting take on the milk & cookies idea. I don't think the splash adds to the emotion or the feeling of childhood, but it certainly makes for a more dramatic photo. Great execution on the splash... lighting, composition, etc. |

Hopscotchby karmatComment: Great way to show hopscotch in a very minimal way. The blue rock is beautiful and really eye catching. I like the slight diagonal to the shot too. Well done! |
