The Games Cats Play. . .by FranziskaLangComment: Focus could be better. It is especially noticeable along the left side of the tower. It appears that the shutter speed was a bit too slow. More lighting or perhaps a flash would help avoid this. |

jumping of bedsby manoloComment: Wow... I'm surprised this didn't do better. I thought that the room and bed looked great. Very photogenic. I also felt that the silhouetted children made the shot more generic (as in; "this could be you or your children"). |

Japanese Capitalismby risu81Comment: The direct lighting is too harsh (notice how the overturned card's color is washed out) and creates shadows everywhere. The photo would also benefit from a greater depth of field. The die should be in focus. |

Eight ball corner pocket..by justineComment: The out of focus ball front and center is very distracting. Greater depth of field would help. If you're going for a narrow depth of field perspective, then maybe increase the camera angle slightly (or crop the photo) to minimize the foreground ugliness. |

Hide and seekby daverx7Comment: Great composition. Needs a little more light. I'd try spot metering on a something that's not too dark or too bright, maybe the ground to the left of the tree. |

Preaknessby ClubJuggleComment: I think a little less zoom would be good for two reasons. First, you could leave more open on the right to give the subject "somewhere to go", and secondly, it would (most likely) allow a better shutter speed to better stop the action. |
