MarchMarco_day2.jpgby hyperfocalComment: Ha ha! I'd like to see this shot with some fake eyeballs attached to the top of the plant. That's flora with personality. |

Hole Noteby JMartComment: Originally posted by trevytrev: Cool shot, great timing. Looks like a worm hole that you see in Sci Fi movies. You got some sensor dust showing up b/c of the high apature, might want to clean your sensor if you are going to keep shooting at that high apature to save yourself some PP cleanup. |
LOL! That's exactly what I did after doing these shots. Pulled out the sensor swabs and went at it. |

macro1a.jpgby creek41256Comment: I think I like this better than the otehr crop myself. It's nice to have that space above the flower putting it off center. This crop somehow lengthns that top petal compared to the other crop. It's amazing how different a picture looks depending on the ways you cut it. |

SH100062.jpgby ZeppKashComment: I think you raze a really good point with this picture ;) The detail of the grain along the edge is fantastic. There's a strange extra line along the leading edge that detracts a bit from the sharpness. The simplicity of this shot really works well.

Mar 02.jpgby Mr_PantsComment: That's fun. The stray pieces of white material in the petals are distracting for me. The lighting struck me as harsh at first, but I'm not sure if softer light would bring out the texture enough (which is very interesting indeed). |

Mar 01.jpgby Mr_PantsComment: I love the colors and textures. The gradual softness at the top right makes it look like a cauldron of boiling purple to me. |

Falling Water dropsby ShutterPugComment: It's very interesting how the light refracted on the background. You might be able to do some interesting things with the imag that appears in the drop (and that might take an unreasonable amount of time to get just right too). |

macro1.jpgby creek41256Comment: The background works really well in this one by complimenting the lines of the petals. BeckyT's square crop idea might look nice, I might also be tempted to just crop the top down closer to the the top petal. |
