While not a ribbon winner vs the Escher, a great contender in a music challenge. Would like to see greater contrast in the whites in this one, but regardless of my choices, this is a very powerful image!

Good idea to use the sheet music, and the effect is interesting. The fall off in focus to the BG helps with this shot. Conversion to B&W would make the little bit of blue go away if you don't want it there. I think that it is cool to leave a hint that this isn't a B&W.

Wow! What a nice accident! This looks great, and the dof is perfect! I do have to agree though about cleaning off that sensor. It'll save you some PP work at the end!

LOL! That's exactly what I did after doing these shots. Pulled out the sensor swabs and went at it.

Cool shot, great timing. Looks like a worm hole that you see in Sci Fi movies. You got some sensor dust showing up b/c of the high apature, might want to clean your sensor if you are going to keep shooting at that high apature to save yourself some PP cleanup.
