Rubber band ball? I think you could really make this image pop by lightening it up a bit and give it a few clicks of saturation.

Awesome shot, only thing I see is it looks a little blown out on the stems just above the center of the image.

That's a lot of ladybugs my friend! Watch your highlights around the top of the image, maybe bring down the levels a little.

Where is the subject? Looks like a background with no subject...I don't know what it is so I can't recommend a subject to throw in there...but it is a cool texture.

I think this shot is a little too wide to be a macro...however it is a interesting shot with good DOF and framing.
