I shot around 80-90 pictures for this and tried different angles. It was kind of fun and I think you should be able to figure out what this is but I will tell you here.

It is an old computer processer: Intel Pentium 120 - A80502120 / 296-pin / 32 bit / 120MHz /

Pretty easy to solve but executed very well. I love your use of light to bring out the shadows on that white background and the gold really accents it well. Did you have to remove it from the device or did you just happen to have a spare lying around?

Blurry foreground detracts from this otherwise nice shot.

Some sort of chip maybe. Like the use of negative space. Great Sharpness and DOF also.

CPU, will not guess on the maker nor model ;)

Nice and clean shot, but I do find the out of focus foreground pins distracting, might have been better to blur out the pins in the background.

Don't know. Is it some kind of loom? I don't think that is right. I have a feeling that I have seen this before, but I can't place it.

do we still have these pins ? I thought we only have balls which solder on to the board, or does that go into a socket ?

The shadow to one side is a very nice touch! the subject should have been more prominent in the picture (in my opinion)
