15/15by wei1108Comment: This is a great action photo. I love it when a photographer takes the artistic liberty to let the action manifest itself in the form of motion blur rather than stopped action. In this image, that decision creates a sense of the game more than a sense of the players.... excellent work :) |

Wing Itby cynthiannComment: This photo is quite magical... The black and white is also an excellent choice that creates an interesting mood for the scene. Nice work :) |

Warren Lade at 99by choltmeierComment: This is a great character portrait. I really love images like this one and I shoot a lot of them myself. The image tells me things about your subject and also makes me want to know more. This type of work is so much more powerful than a typical studio portrait... nice job :) |

risingby nixterComment: Excellent image... This is my favorite in this challenge for sure. I love street photography and this one encompasses all that is good about that type of work. You have a great sense of action and place. This photo also imparts a sense of sound, which makes it all the better. +fav |

News and Gossipby bvyComment: This is an interesting photo, and I haven't offered critique on anything in a long time, so I may be a bit rusty...
This image does fit into the realm of street photography, but finding your idea within the image seems a little difficult for me. There is a good bit of competition within the image between the colorful news boxes and the two ladies chatting. There doesn't seem to be a connection between the two themes within the image. The strength of the color of the news boxes seems to command the most attention, and the ladies on the right become secondary to that element.
The question of black and white or color is purely a personal choice. In this particular case, black and white could possibly help balance the attention requirement between the left and right sides of the frame... |

The Crow - City of Angelsby AlexSaberiComment: This is a great shot and I love the idea.. Gets a 10 from me... The only possible suggestion for improvement in my eyes is to lose some of the empty space on the right side of the image. There isn't much there supporting the idea... |

They're heeere! (Poltergeist) by DrAchooComment: Great work :) This scene is one that sticks in my mind from movies I have seen in the past... The greenish tint seems to work ok here... Did you experiment some with blue? |
