Gnaraloo-Fuel-Shed_IMG_0008.jpgby nixterComment: well havent you got a marvellous subject in the gnaraloo fuel shed!! .. another fantastic image ... and it seems like the earth there is a much more photographically acceptable shade than where i live ... but of course if you have access to the wonderful tools in photoshop then who knows? ... and a beautiful understated rainbow ...

Gnaraloo-Fuel-Shedby nixterComment: HAVE JUST MADE YOU ONE OF MY FAVOURITES!! .... and i'm now having a real good look thru your portfolio coz i didnt give it the attention it deserved last night ... i'm starting in your 'land & seascapes' collection and as a thumbnail this one stood out for me ...
awesome man!! ... love the rich, dark foreground and the turbulent sky ... the sun shining on the walls of the building really set the whole thing off .... |

Deathby inutzaComment: i didnt view this one last night when i looked at 'solitary' and 'dreaming II', where i made a comment about you being talented ... well, i've just gotta say, that'd be the understatement of the century ...
and i absolutely love this image ... i love the dark green unfocused background, the dead looking petals, the bright yellow in the flowers ... and then most of all wot really makes this absoloutely stunning, i reckon, is the water droplets on the cobweb .. with the delicate blue, and the way they are hanging is reminiscent of some beautiful piece of jewellry ... awesome!!!!! |

Day 28: Vase Offby levyj413Comment: i've looked at your portfolio because you made a comment on my 'famous last words' entry .. it was a pretty emotive subject but i've only had your comment from the 65 views and 40 votes that have registered so far .. i intentionally made it dull and lifeless to go with the message .. but even so i thought it might do ok .. oh well ...
my aim is to get a score of 6.000 by the year 2010!
anyway i've been blown away by the challenge submissions shown on your profile page ... you are an artist par excellence ... i've looked at others in your portfolio and found the 30 days of self portraits pretty imaginative as well ... the architecture's pretty crash hot too ... anyway all the best ...
ps .... this one of yours really caught my eye ... and at first i didnt realise what it was ... which i really like .. ie. the not immediately obvious ... |

escape artistby robaComment: oh my gosh ... that's the cutest little mouse ... and its a great shot too! .. the whiskers just jump out at you ... in fact i just love those whiskers! ... they create a lovely contrast to the blanket and the softness in the rest of the image ....
think i love the little ears as well ... come to think of it, those eyes do something for me too ...
and i think i've seen enough flowers in this challenge to last a lifetime ... lol ... anyway i just love this one ... =9 .. |
