Very wonderful! Compelling expression. Effective use of few colours. Ribbon, is my prediction. A nitpick.........I'd like the fine feathers around the eyes to be in sharp focus, rather than the 'nose' feathers.

I think you've been a bit harsh on yourself. I think this is excellent......one of the best baby portraits i've seen in a long time, and child photography is so hard. I really like the arc of eye contact, and I find the colouring and lighting subtle but very effective. And of course, a gorgeous baby and cute expression really helps too!
