Claustrophobiaby DjabordjaborComment: Strong lines, and the blown highlights really work for this picture. The bug's position is somewhat odd -- as if its missing limbs. |

Longing For West Texas...by 777STANComment: A couple of issues here. One your contrast seems a bit off as there is a "haze" over the whole image. Your blacks aren'te truly black. The other is that the angle of the cowboy hat combined with the frame of the window hides the hat's strong and distinct lines. |

Bike Rideby gsalComment: I think the mesh fencing really detracts from this image. I'd also like to see some separation between the two riders to simplify and strengthen their outlines. As it is, the whole image is way too busy. |

my palby lynnmarieComment: The shadow on the left is quite distracting from the image. I'm a bit on the fence about the blinds. The parallel lines lend something to the image, but compete with the subject. If you keep them in, you should reposition your subjects and zoom in to eliminate the cord-tracks that hold the blinds up, leaving only the parallel lines. |

Pier at Nightby coolblueComment: A beautiful image. The converging lines of the pier are very striking against the dark background and floor of the pier. Where's the silhouette? |

Solitudeby sherpetComment: Your subject is getting lost in the background. I think getting more of a profile him would improve the lines of the silhouette as well. |

Cardinal Silhouetteby jward1108Comment: I think you've got some issues with motion blur or focussing. Composition-wise, I'd try to get a better angle to separate the bird from the tree limbs a bit better. |
