It's a nice idea, but the way it's shot makes it hard to know if you are above the water and she is below or you are both below. Also the way the ripple happened to be distorted her bottom in an unfortunate way. I guess you could just get around this by shooting lots of shots and picking the best.

Perhaps a little too "whitewashed". I like her expression, that's beautiful. I'd also either include her whole breasts or cut them out. You cropped a bit off the bottom which leads to a lack of definition (exacerbated by the contrast)

I have found that shots in mirrors are so hard. The quality of the mirror is never as sharp as you wish. Looks like your picture suffers from the exact same problem. The idea is nice though.

A little disturbing. Perhaps the intent. The saturation is a little high making her nipples look unreal. I do like the contrast of black hair with the background though.

The other pregnancy shot is superior, but this isn't a bad attempt. I don't like the highlight on the model's skin at the edges. Looks a little too much like artifact (I don't know if it is though).

I like the composition. The model is a little ill defined. It's difficult, for example, to tell where her breast ends and where the background begins. In a nude that is undoubtedly a point of focus and should be free of technical difficulties.

The color management is great. I like the blue tones, which are not oversaturated. The tattoo is nice. I personally like them, although maybe it's not for everybody. I'm not sure what is being accomplished with her hands. She looks like she is in action, but what is she doing? Movement in a picture should be obvious in its intent.
