I could not vote this challenge, coz I am not a memeber. But if I could, I would have voted this with a 9. One of the very best photos in this challenge! As for the placing, I'd think this should be somewhere in top 7.

| One of my favorites of the challenge by far. I didn't vote (I rarely if ever vote on challenges I enter), but I really like it. A beautiful, engaging, and original take on a challenge that is just far too overloaded with the usual. Great job. |

The water seems to be distorting the model's figure in odd ways. I like the refraction patterns of the water, but I'd prefer a shot with less of a funhouse-mirror effect on the model.
This shot reminds me of jmoore's Venus from the Fantasy World challenge, but that may just be because I haven't seen many pictures of nude women underwater with their faces obscured. |

This reminds me of the opening scene of Jaws. As a photograph it's a little too abstract for my taste though. Thanks for your originality!

If I was Beavis or Butthead, I'd say: "wow, big a$$, hu, huhu, chicks are so hot..." ;-)
As I'm not, I'd say: great shot! Very surreal, almost spooky with the distortion and the high contrast the body and the dark water on the right. I'm interested to read how you did this, in terms of body of water, lighting, time of day, perspective, lens etc.
Good luck with the challenge. I guess the shot may not be "nude enough" for some of the folks on here...

| Lovely shot, and FANTASTIC idea. I think the lighting from in the back is leaving a bit TOO much out. I think a front lit shot might have been more interesting in the long run. Good luck. |

| It's a nice idea, but the way it's shot makes it hard to know if you are above the water and she is below or you are both below. Also the way the ripple happened to be distorted her bottom in an unfortunate way. I guess you could just get around this by shooting lots of shots and picking the best. |

Am very interested to see how this was done.
It looks like an image from under water, but distorted with a filter or something.
Like the composition & lighting, but find the bent limbs a little extreme. |

| Very creative idea in this photo. The shades of blue look great along with the random patterns of light they create. The model's body is significantly distorted by this, and I would prefer slighly less distortion. Good composition with the body along a diagonal. |

| The way the water reflects the light onto the model is very surreal, very abstract. I'm not sure that I'd care to have this hanging in my house; this is more the sort of thing you'd find in an art gallery. Very interesting photo. I keep looking at the pic trying to find words to describe how I feel about it, but I can't really think of anything - I just want to keep looking at it. It kind of sucks you in and makes you really want to just study it. |

| I'm not crazy about the bubbles breaking the surface just over the models head. The lighting could be better as could the cropping. The surface of the water is too busy. |

| So artful! Looks like a painting. The water is just lovely with her movement adding to it's motion. Very interesting. On second review, I think artistically speaking, this is probably the most suited for that word. It not only has a flowing sense, but the light and dark in tandem, create just a splendid image. |
