Beautiful. I could go on about all the things I like about this, but I'll just throw out a few.. I like the symetry, and I like that it's not perfect symetry, and that the whole thing is off center, and the pose, and the lighting, and the black and white, and the concept, and the texture of the wall you used, and the angle of the shot. I have a feeling this won't score as high as it should, but I know I'll add it to my favorites after the challenge ends. 10. Great work.
(I just thought I'd add that I voted on almost every entry in this challenge, and this was my only 10 I gave.)

I like this shot a lot. The framing works well. The shallow depth of field draws the viewers attention effectively. Your eyes and hair both stand out wonderfully and provide interesting colors. And of course this shot has a strong sense of intimacy as well.. but I'm not sure what to say about that. = )

those flash shadows (or just regular shadows from a bright light?) are a problem here. I'd work on lighting.

An abstract in the self-portrait challenge, that's impressive. I like this shot... surprisingly having the focual eye dead center works great. Not sure what that stuff in the foreground is, but it seems to work well.
