Beautiful colors. I think I would have tried to crop out the boat on the right though. Being that it is so blurred with motion it stole my eye away from the main image within seconds

I myself like the barb you chose to put in focus. You got it tack sharp too! The background does not feel too busy at all to me. I like it - other than it seems to have a bit of noise. Sure, nice octagon shaped bokeh is best, but we all work with what we have (lens, equip, etc)

Personally I feel you deserved a much higher score - a high 5 perhaps
