morning sickness @ 7 weeksby snackwellsComment: I normally don't like negative images and I don't like the title, but this photo is exceptionally engaging. You can literally see the emotion & feeling of the model and I commend you on choosing a negative image for this (as I imagine the positive image is much less exceptional). You've used the tools available & lighting to make a stunningly beautiful statement. Very nice work. (10) (Only the 4th time I've ever given a 10.) |

Determinationby kcumanComment: Absolutely great shot - I just wish there was more of the cycler to see. It seems a bit abbreviated (the way you have cropped it) - I would have scored it higher if there were more of the subject visible... (8) |

Disturbed by PedroComment: Very ingenious & well done... The offset subject and b/w shadows really emphasize the feeling. (9) |

Kind of Blueby Keith ManiacComment: Although obviously posed, this portrays an enormous amount of emotion and you were able to capture that spirit. Very well done. (9) |

Predominanceby deapeeComment: Wow... Did this one take me by surprise! Nicely done - I'm not a big fan of guns, but I think you definitely got your point across - and I even like it. :-) Actually, it's a very good macro photo. Hats off to you for not only being original, but for pulling it off too! (9) |

Face of furyby PatrolComment: Too posed & too close... (In my humble opinion.) I like the subject & subject matter, it's just not presented as effectively as it could be - i.e., if it were taken more candidly. (6) |

Worrying Skiesby MatthewComment: Too posed... There's obviously something behind the eyes, but it appears so posed, that the emotion/mood is lost. (6) |
