Chrome nest by StructorComment: Woohoo! Congrats on being just the fourth person to ribbon with the 5D, so far Alexsabreri, me and Judi had monopolized the market :) Just added you to my favorites list buddy, I thought you were on it already! |

Midageby rameviComment: Bothers me a bit that you have all that forehead in the shot and manage to cut off the chin, it somehow just seems awkward, my suggestion is to keep the chin in the photo when composing like this next time. |

My little princessby CoozComment: Very cute! Gotta watch those highlights though, I haven´t checked the histogram to verify this but it looks like huge portions of her dress is blow out but oddly it doesn´t really bother me that much about this photo, makes it more angelic somehow but still I would have preferred to see some texture there. Anyway, like this photo, what a cute little girl! Mine is 1 years old and I have already forgotten what it was like when she was this small. Got a 7 from me. |

My first Easter!by nemesise1977Comment: You did read the challenge name didn´t you? It´s color STUDIO portrait II so this doesn´t meet the challenge obviously. Anyway, besides that this is a potentially promising photo but if I ever saw a photo that needed some fill lighting, this would be it. Turn on your flash next time and I promise you you´ll love the results. Also the red object in the left corner is distracting, clone that out or crop the photo and it would improve heaps. Sorry but I gave this a 2, 90% because of DNMC and 10% because of the fill lighting/red object in the corner. On the plus side I like the shallow DOF and that sure is a cute model that I´ll bet is willing to pose for a reshoot of this :) |

Valerieby loveComment: Too bad this is out of focus, that and some better lighting and you would have had one heck of a good shot, I like her expression. This with a dark or even black backround and some soft lighting that would leave smooth shadows over her face would have been ace. You´ll get there. |

self portaitby alpharichComment: Dude, you gotta be more careful when masking out a backround like that, it´s very obvious the line, especially around the hair and right cheek. Other than that not too bad but when I want a white backround, I simply take the photo that way, correcting it afterwards in the post processing leads to results like this... |

Light & Shadowby cmeierComment: Pretty cool effect you got there with the lightsphere but other than that this shot doesn´t do all that much for me, would have been so cool if you had the crazy scientist guy with the red hair and glasses and then this lightsphere, now THAT would have been cool :) Still very nice though and I gave this a nice score, got a 7 from me. |
