Man at Kintai Bridgeby typologicComment: I like this shot, but I think it looks a bit overprocessed and lacks contrast in the background. He seems to be glowing. Also, I find it is almost always better to have the subject looking into the frame rather than out. I would leave more space on the left than right in this shot. The fence and the man are very interesting. Good subject choice. |

Tucson Rain in the Desertby aznaturalComment: Walk up a few steps and put that cactus in the foreground for a more dramatic photo. The dead center horizon splits the frame in half. It will be more interesting with the horizon on a third. Crop this shot in half way and up from the bottom leaving the tallest cactus in the lower left of the frame and you will see what I mean. Nice spot and interesting lighting. |
