Great shot! I love the orange background. Great use of shutter speed. Good composition too. I'm not sure if it is intentional, but it seems to be grainy and at the same time over sharpened/contrasted - also can't decide if I like that or not--something about the way the fingers look...ant the overly green edge of the lime. But I still like this much. Great work and idea. 9

I'm sure you've heard a lot of this, but it's too dark...if it was intentional, then for me, it doesn't go with the subject or the title...Fruits-n-blooms (for me) dictates a colorful and vibrant pic. Perhaps it was in error (and that never happens, right? - I've had my share) - beyond that...for me it still misses something...I still see just a banana, orange and 2 flowers.....OH, right now, I see the coloring connection - makes more sense - but still perhaps a different arrangement or something. Just my opinion :-) 4

Soooo cool. Seems like a risky pic to enter..lol. Personally, I like the over exposure/contrast - when done well....and this is done well. I like the fact that only the tops are shown and different types of apples. The composition really works for this. Now looking at the title....ok, yes, I can imagine looking up at the sun and seeing these two apples falling. Great work 9

Interesting. I think this is a good shot. Just a few things...It seems to be overly sharpened or contrasted. Also, the light is washing out the meat in the center. The black backgroung is good and the detail is good as well. 6

This really needs to be seen in large view (as opposed to thumbnail) Nice lighting and composition. Is the title supposed to seem contradictory to the subject/technique here? I see disappearing grapes..not too still..lol :-) The apples came out great and the way you captured the water droplets. 9
