Orangebladeby ChezComment: nice juiciness in the orange To make this a bit better, I'd like to be closer to the blade and the orange juice. |

Coralby neehaiComment: Solid image. To improve I'd suggest getting closer in on one pollup to increase my connection with the interesting texture |

Brickworkby scrum8Comment: I think less would be more in this case. I'd like to get up closer to the brick. |

Rotten Woodby cjavierComment: Solid shot - to improve it, (imho) I'd vary the light to add more depth to the cut up wood and treat the shiney lock differently (either crop it out or change the lighting to make in interesting) |

Brown Riceby Rusch24Comment: To improve this shot, I'd suggest a bigger dof (the fuzzy sections don't add texture) and fulling in more fully with rice |

so soft ...by Jamie2772Comment: Your title says it all. To make this shot better I'd like to be closer to the faces to get a better sense of them. The small size of your shot hurts your focus on texture. |

d'orangeby BurgyBoyComment: such a great idea... I'd like to see a lower light level to bring out more of the texture |

3D Study in Orangeby kayceeComment: nice twist on the pin thing (right?) to make this solid image stronger I'd like to see it on a bit of an angle (instead of face on) to get a feel of the bumps |

Timeby frateComment: I'd like to be closer to the clock face (your main subject, I assume) to get a better feel for the texture I sense is there |

Eraserby yeouaComment: Like the gummy, rough texture you've got here. To make this shot better (imho) crop out the blurry foreground (as it doesn't add texture) and use a backdrop other than white to add depth to the crevises. |
