Personally, This is by far THE best submission in this challemge. The balance of light exquisite! The way the head dress texture is brought out is almost too good. Drew my attention even before the face!! Then the face, clinched it.
My only regret is that I did not get to vote for you on this one.

I was watching a marriage party at the nearby marina from my balcony. I had the camera out incase a good shot came by. I saw the girl run to the bride holding out the flowers, unfortunately, I was too far to get a closeup of her even with a 300mm lens. She was the only subject in the frame.

lighting is fab but for the forehead. The worry lines if brought out would add the final touch. You could tweak the levels or gamma.
