Except for the adult and the young boy in the background (why would they be standing upright if this was a battle) I love this picture. I don't think you have any control over them though so I won't take that away from you. Great pose by the model, good timing by the photographer to get him while his hand is reaching for more bullets.

The message I get from this is that this person is against what is on that board. If so I'd need more information as to why. I think if your model was to turn around or at least go on the other side of the board and continue to look left I would have felt better about this photo. Also the lack of water in the photo with a guy wearing a fishing vest is upsetting.

Now that the message was posted I can see how this was done not using post-processing, at least I think. You took a picture of a picture except for one area in the middle to the right. While I think this is very creative and I really do like the picture, I feel it is inappropriate for a site that focuses on raw photography.

Nothing in this photo seems to go with the title. How do I know he's a band manager? What's wrong with him? Is he upset or is he looking at something in his hands? Other than these questions I don't get anything out of the picture.

its funny... one of the things I read was that the subject should fill the frame, but I kind of enjoy him actually being small. .with no one around himit gives you the impression that he's alone.
