Good separation of subject and background. The photo gets more dimentional due to the baskets of wares. Good balance of warm and cool colors.

The framing of this shot doesn't seem intentional. His baskets are cut off on both sides, and so is his head. I think the shot would have been better if you could have gotten rid of one or two of those cut-offs ... or used your angle better to prove that you meant to do it.

Are those birdhouses? Nice portrait.

an interesting person and photograph. Better if you hadn't cut off the top of his head, and gotten rid of the piece of paper behind him

I love this photo... especially the way the title leads me to look at his hands, and at that forearm.

The background colors and the bird houses really set off this picture but the wonderful expressive face of the man is what instantly caught my attention but I am quickly pulled on to the image that is portrayed by his hands. Great!

These real life photos are my favorites. Great focus, great color and I love the expression on this mans face.

I loved this guys face. The photo is well metered, sharp, and symetrical.

Wonderful documentary of life. Nice work.

Missed a little bit of his hat, must have hurt. Back up one step, please and get the whole shot. Solid photo otherwise, good color, focus, etc.

Is he selling bird houses? Interesting photo, clean clear with good colors. Sorry you cropped the top of his head off. Good work.

Great shot, paper in the background is a bit distracting.
05/27/2002 09:32:00 AM
This is a nice photo.. i like the angle of the camera towards the subject quite a bit! The only thing I don't like is that his hat is clipped across the top... good job!

Beautiful "real" picture.
05/27/2002 08:26:00 AM
Great shot. Nice rich colors, I'd prefer to see it not so tightly cropped (not cutting off the hat, and baskets).
