I'm sure this photo will polarise the voters. I'm one of those who loves it! Very striking. It creates a real atmosphere, and although the man is blurry, I think it's in a good, line of action kind of way.

The refraction is an interesting effect, but I don't actually like the way it distorts her body. It flattens the perspective and the blue glow makes her look like a corpse! More could have been made of that in an artistic sense, perhaps, if you had been able to experiment with different framing/cropping/post processing effects, but this photo doesn't seem to take advantage of the things the water distortion could achieve.

I like this a lot. The camera angle is great, and the motion blur is a really cool effect. A bit like being at a party after a few drinks :). My eye keeps going back to the girl in the pale blue dress near the wall. I like the way she's standing.

Very pretty, well framed. I like the way the light glances off her hair, and the blue sets off the outlines of her body. The stuff at the top is a bit disappointing though.

Great photo... but is this indoors? I don't know why that should make me like it less, but the rain just seems too heavy to be real, and it would be much more interesting with some outdoor surroundings.

I'm not sure I like the way the focus is on the hand here. I feel like I want to see the face and the ear more clearly. Especially the ear.
