Play time is over by Frank BeckmanComment: Very nice sky, but the foreground elements could be more effectively composed and framed. IT doesn't really give a strong sense of a play area or sporting area, although I think I can tell that the big square thing is a basketball net. Perhaps a tighter shot with the net in frame would have been more effective. |

Look Ma', It's Flying!by lmhrComment: This is a very beautiful depiction of childhood - the coarse charm of the kite, the excitement of having it fly, the feeling of wonder and possibility... I love it :). 10 - lisae |

fear of the Supernaturalby sanandanComment: I've put this photo in my favourites. I guess I was the only one who gave it 10. That's so sad :(. Sanandan, you'll just have to take more photos that are understandable by the average American before you can get the kind of score you deserve... but then they wouldn't have the uniqueness I love... bah. |

fear of the Supernaturalby sanandanComment: This is so beautiful! She's sitting on Ganesha's knee :). I love Ganesha, I just finished making a 3d computer model of him. Is this Sanandan's photo? It's my favourite so far. I wish I could give it more than 10, but that will have to do! - lisae |

A Fish Tale ...by sgtpepper6344Comment: Is this part of a costume? It's a very striking photo and I want to rate it high, but I don't think you gave quite enough information to link it to childhood. It definitely reminds me of all the costumes I had to wear in school plays and for my ballet classes, etc., as a kid! So I feel satisfied in that respect. |

exploreby john22132Comment: This gives me a definite sense of that overwhelming sense of adventure I remember having as a child. Hmm, what looks more inviting, the path through the trees, or that patch of long grass? :). It's great that you got down to the right height to make this appear as though it's the view as a child would see it. |

Castles and Shellsby MiekaComment: Very beautiful. The tilt is good at creating the sense of a dream or memory, elevating it from the kind of static image it would be if it was straight. Nice work. |

Tatooineby jenaromComment: That's just so.... cute! I think it could be better framed, but it has a lot of appeal as it is. The colours and lighting are great, it gives a strong sense of a frame from the movie. Well done :) |

Carefree by mcmurmaComment: This is stunning despite the slightly low resolution/jagginess! I love the colours you caught in those bubbles, and the sky is very impressive. The deep blue in the top part of the photo is gorgeous. Well done. |
